Mr. Resham Bista, member of BOD of Hriti Foundation, has devoted many years to the field of research. He is an assistant professor at the Mid-western University, Surkhet, and has published many books and research papers. He has a keen interest in the formulation of policies. He has already been involved in policy formulation process of different units of Midwestern University. He also leads Hriti Foundation as a research coordinator.
