Dipak Budhathoki, Program Coordinator of the Karnali Society of International Law (KARNALISIL), is a dedicated law student from Humla with a passion for human rights, international space law, and youth empowerment. He actively works to bridge the gap between legal frameworks and societal progress, focusing on research and policy-making. With a vision for progressive legal systems that address contemporary challenges and the future of space governance, Dipak is committed to shaping laws that protect human rights both on Earth and beyond.

Anita K.C. was a Research Assistant (2020-2021) of the Hriti Foundation. She is also a member of Tanneri Chaso Surkhet. She is self-confidence, energetic and passionate about what she does. She believes that we are here to raise questions not to complain. She has completed his Bachelors of Business Studies from Tribhuwan University Nepal. She likes social work and writes an article too.

Ganesh Dangi is a dedicated law student at Mid-West University from Sanibheri Rural Municipality, Rukum West, Karnali Province. As the Chairman of the Legal and Social Development Center (LSDC), he actively engages with various nonprofit organizations, advocating for legal awareness, social justice, and youth empowerment. Passionate about policy engagement and fighting injustice, he has been leading legal awareness campaigns in rural Karnali and recently participated in the YPG Fellowship Program. He also contributed to organizing the 6th Edition of Karnali Utsav – Kuda Karnalika. With a long-term goal of becoming a prominent lawyer, he aspires to build a more just and inclusive society.

Bhabana Sharma was a Youth in Policy and Governance (YPG) fellow (2021-2022), originally from Rukum West is very delicate and dedicated towards her work. She is a journalist. She is engaged in media and is observing closely about how the government and administrative machinery function to work in the interest of the nation.

Ganga Sharma, from Birendranagar-11, Surkhet, is an undergraduate law student at Mid-West University, School of Law. She is passionate about civil rights and constitutional law and actively engages in justice sector initiatives as a Legal and Social Development Center member. A skilled writer and dedicated mentor, she strives to protect the rights of others and aspires to become a lawyer. Beyond academics, she enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, writing, and playing games.

Bhupendra DC was a Youth in Policy and Governance (YPG) fellow (2021-2022), originally from Salyan is kind hearted and very excited to learn. He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in BSC. CSIT and is curious to understand the governing principles behind the legislation.

Gopal Bahadur Aidee, from Mugu District, is a final-year B.A.LL.B student at Mid-Western University Graduate School of Law, aspiring to build a career in the legal field. He is affiliated with Chayannath legal counseling center, where he applies his theoretical knowledge in practice. Actively involved in moot court competitions and a member of Neb Law Students of Nepal, he is passionate about criminal law, constitutional law, and human rights. Through legal writing and advocacy, he strives to promote justice and the rule of law, with aspirations to become a senior advocate or judge in the future.


Mr. Okendra Nath Yogi is a business student dedicated to community development and leadership. He has been a continuous volunteer at Karnali Utsav ..Kuda Karnalika for the past four years. Also, he is volunteering as a senior local coordinator at Students For Liberty. His extensive experience in social work includes roles such as Treasurer for the Karnali Province Youth Club Network, formed by the National Youth Council under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Nepal. In 2022, he served as Vice President of Birendranagar Junior Jaycee. Okendra is pursuing a Bachelor’s in business studies at Tribhuvan University.

Binita Bogati was a Youth in Policy and Governance (YPG) fellow (2021-2022) , from Surkhet is enthusiastic and very devoted towards her work. She has completed her BALLB. She is running an organization youth and legal advocacy. She loves to get engaged with experts, public officials, citizens and most importantly, a diverse cohort for betterment.

Pooja Damai is a passionate youth leader and Chairman of the District-level Youth Human Rights Defenders Network in Birendranagar, Surkhet. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Education, she is dedicated to empowering young voices in social justice, human rights, and community engagement. Beyond her advocacy work, Pooja enjoys traveling and cooking, fueling her curiosity and creativity while striving for a more just and inclusive society.

Ekta Devkota was a Youth in Policy and Governance (YPG) fellow (2021-2022) , from Surkhet is very kind hearted and a keen observer. She has inclination towards policy research and governance. She has completed her BALLB.
