Provincial and local governmentsseem to lack necessary coordination. Bhagwatimai rural municipality of Dailekh is going to build a basic hospital by removing the helipad built by the Karnali province government in Sannatada. According to the rural municipality, the provincial government built the structure without coordinating with the local level.
Entrepreneurs in Surkhet have suffered greatly due to irregular electricity. As the electricity supply started to become irregular, causing trouble for industrialists,businessmen, and citizens alike.
Two ministries of Karnali province have had no secretaries for months. In the absence of a secretary in the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forestry, and Environment, and the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture, and Cooperatives, economic and administrative activities have come to a standstill.
Following the investment Summit, organized by the government of Nepal,Karnaliprovince government was also making necessary preparations to hold an investment summit in Karnalion May 1-2.Despitethe preparation, the investment summit could not be held due to immediate changes in the provincial government.
