The MoU outlines mutual responsibilities, including coordinating research and advocacy programs and facilitating events such as the annual Karnali Utsav ..Kuda Karnalika.
Hriti Foundation pledges to advocate for sound public Policy on Entrepreneurship and the Market Economy in Karnali Province, while the Federation offers support in financial management and program coordination.
