The application process for the Pre-Professionals Parliamentary Support Program (PPSP) Karnali has opened. This fellowship program is tailored exclusively to the needs of the upcoming generation of young people, who will participate to assist lawmakers in law-making and parliamentary processes.
The program focuses on its strengths in local knowledge, public discussions, and youth participation in the development of new laws. Participants receive various training, mentorship, and capacity-building programs from enrollment to the practice phase.
After the successful completion of the 1st Cohort of PPSP in Gandaki https://pokharacentre.org/ppsp-2020-21/, we are expanding the opportunity in Karnali Province.
In collaboration with Pokhara Research Centre and support of the U.S. Embassy Nepal. Hriti Foundation is hosting the First PPSP Karnali Cohort.
