Fifty dynamic youths from the Karnali Province participated in this three-day training, designed to empower them with knowledge and skills in federalism, policy and law-making, and research.
The program featured various engaging activities to ensure a holistic learning experience. Participants toured the Karnali Provincial Assembly, where they gained practical insights into its operations and functioning. Special training sessions on policy and law-making were conducted to enhance their understanding of governance processes. Group activities focused on sustainable cities provided participants with opportunities to collaborate, think critically, and develop solutions for real-world issues.
Additionally, panel discussions enriched the learning experience. Experts, researchers, members of the Provincial Assembly, alumni of YPG Karnali, and former ministers shared valuable insights on youth participation in policymaking and leadership. These discussions highlighted the importance of active youth engagement in shaping policies and governance frameworks.
