Through data-driven analysis, the report explores challenges such as low budget absorption, procedural inefficiencies, and policy inconsistencies while recommending reforms for better fiscal management. Strengthening budget execution is crucial for sustainable development and effective public service delivery in Nepal’s most remote province.
