Hriti Foundation hereby invites qualified firms/suppliers/companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlisting in the vendor list of the fiscal year (Shrawan 2083 to Ashadh 2084), i.e., 17 July 2026 to 16 July 2027, in the categories mentioned below.
1) Domestic and International Air Ticketing.
2) Vehicle hiring service inside and outside Surkhet Valley.
3) IT Supply (computer, laptop, printer, photocopy machine, cartridge, and IT accessories)
4) IT services such as networking and technical support on computers, laptops, printers, and others.
5) Furniture and Furnishing Supply.
6) Office Stationery and Office Supplies.
7) Printing and Publication (visiting card, notebook, pen, annual report, t-shirt, cap, bags, id card Dori, and banner)
8) Maintenance (furniture, office plumbing, and electricity maintenance)
9) Hotel Services (meeting/workshop/seminar hall, including food and accommodation)
10) Internet services
11) Translation and interpretation services.
12) Tent and sound services.
13) Photography, live videos, and recording services.
14) Advertising services.
Interested firms/suppliers/companies should submit through [email protected] or the Hriti office before 30 June 2026 with:
1) A cover letter,
2) A copy of the registration certificate,
3) VAT/PAN registration copy,
4) Latest Tax Clearance Certificate FY 2081/82
A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Hriti Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons.
