Hriti Foundation is a policy think tank based in Karnali Province. Along with policy research, policy action, and policy recommendation, it organizes a policy festival named Karnali Utsav ..Kuda Karnalika to help promote the idea of a prosperous Karnali. The Foundation is seeking a Admin and Finance Associate to join our team.
Job Type: Full-time
Duty Station: Hriti Foundation Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet.
Reports to: Admin and Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep records of income, expenses, bills, and receipts.
- Help prepare financial reports, budgets, and keep accounts up to date.
- Support daily office work such as managing supplies, documents, and logistics.
- Maintain proper filing of administrative and financial documents.
- Make sure all activities follow the organization’s and donor’s rules.
- Help organize and manage events, training, and project/program activities.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Assist in audits and respond to finance-related questions.
- Support other admin, finance, and program tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and accounting software like Tally.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.
