  • Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning of Karnali Province Government Hon. Bedraj Singh vows drastic reduction of a piecemeal scheme to the upcoming budget. Minister Singh expressed his commitment to controlling distribution-oriented budgets and grant-based plans in the upcoming budget for FY 2023-24, which will be presented on June 16 at the provincial assembly.   • A 480 MW Phukot Karnali Hydropower in Kalikot is likely to build by an Indian company NHPC. Premier Pushpa Kamal Dahal recently observed the MoU signing ceremony during his India visit this week.
