Hriti Foundation organized the third edition of the Karnali Utsav- Kuda Karnalika 2022 on March 10, 11,12 and 13 in Birendranagar Surkhet, capital city of Karnali Province. First edition of this policy dialogue was held in Birendranagar, Surkhet on March 3, 4 and 5, 2020. Second edition of this policy dialogue was held in Birendranagar, Surkhet on March 10, 11, 12 and 5, 2021. Karnali Utsav is a campaign to get to know and identify Karnali through various aspects.
